Last Year, a girl told Benji that he is the Bruce Willis of snowboarding. We consulted with Marty and our other scientists to figure out what this bold statement meant, and concluded that Benji is simply awesome, like Bruce in all of the Die Hard movies. Benji has been filming with Whiteout for a couple of years and can shred it up in the backcountry like a maniac. The crazy thing about Benji is that he loves shredding, but definitely has tons of other stuff going on in his life and is always out of whistler any chance he gets. This past fall, he made surf trips to Tavarua and Mexico and dropped in on his biggest waves yet. Also,since he is the unofficial King of Mount Tremblant where he grew up, he is often back there every fall for hunting season. The picture's below show off that Benji is a real man, just like Bruce Willis, so it turns that stripper's statement was dead on. The first photo is with a prized buck, and our scientist Marty has confirmed that it is indeed a male deer. The second one is Benji with his brother Manu and William, and a bunch of dead ducks. Seeing these photos of duck gets me thinking about one of our favorite late night spots Tsu Hang Village, where they serve a great BBQ'ed duck. Yumcity!! Anyways, Benji will be back in Whistler here shortly to shred up some early season pillows and pow.
