Our little boy is now almost 4 months old! Etienne Alexander Hill-Jones is his name and of course he will be a boarder. If he wants mummy and daddy to pay for his holidays anyway...
We will be in Morzine this season only for a week - 10th to the 17th March 2010. If you're going to me out then, drop me a line and we can meet up for a beer or 8 :D

2 BIG bits of news!!!!
1/ I'm now self-employed running my own mobile phone shop. Doing ok at the moment but only been a month so far so too early to tell. At least I hit my break-even point 2 days ago (10 days before end of month) and, yes, that does include paying myself!
2/ I'M GOING TO BE A DAD!!!!!!!!! Bex is due in 4 weeks time! Its a little boy (no name decided yet) and we're both really looking forward to it! Bump seems to be growing daily and its weird feeling him kicking! Nursery is all done - we completely re-did one room, carpets and all!
I have yeat another new car. A 98 'S' Nissan 200sx (not standard - not even close!) Tremendous fun to drive and, with a little under 300bhp, quicker than most things out there!
Will try to get on a bit more often...

In my usual way of being really bad at updating things, I thought I'd just post a little note up here to let all you good people know I'm still about!
Still snowboarding too - Off again in January for a couple of weeks hopefully. Unfortunately my seasonaire days appear to be over but I really wish I could do a few more but its just not financially viable now :(
In other news, I'm still manager of a mobile phone shop, bought another new car (another Nissan 200sx) and still with Bex (4 1/2 years now!)

Since my last one, I have bought another car (pug 106 GTi), been promoted at work (now store manager), moved house and been on holiday to France. Not snowboarding though - thats coming up in a few months.
I now manage a mobile phone shop and do ok with it. Its nice and quiet most of the time but it does have its busy moments! I regularly get odd looks from customers who think that, as manager, I should have the most up-to-date phone but instead I have a 5 year old Nokia thats stood up to some brutal crashes whilst snowboarding and kiteboarding. Why would I want to change it?
Went to the final round of the BTCC (Touring cars) yesterday - a good day! Took some mates from the Nissan SX owners club ( www.sxoc.com - I'm Teggers on there too!) and we all had a great time - especially as we got VIP tickets from my work!!
Well, I might write another addition here soon. Although it could be another 6 months!! At which point I will have been snowboarding again!!!

Since my last blog on here! Nov '06?! Oops. I've been bad!
Just wanted to let you all know I'm still alive and kicking!
Thanks to all the people who wished me a happy birthday. I'm more worried about hitting the big 3-0 next year! Then I'll be old. My life will be over. I won't be young anymore and will have to invest in a pipe, slippers and sit in an armchair all day with a blanket round my knees complaining about the kids of today!

Moved house now. Looking to buy somewhere soon. Not a lot else happening. I am really missing my Nissan 200 though. Wish I never sold it.
Got a dog! He is a Greyhound from a rescue center. All black with 4 white feet so he's called Sox. Ever so sweet (check my gallery for a pic of him) but very nervous of the world outside racing and kennels. He's coming around but it will take a lot of time and understanding till he's fully adjusted. Bless him!

Well. I have sold my car. Not happy about it but 20mpg is a little bit expensive with a 70 miles round trip to work. So bye bye to the turbo'd Jap monster and hello Euro box. Ok, said Euro box happens to be a Golf GTi but its just not nearly as much fun as the 200sx.
Other news, I'm moving house AGAIN! Only down the road this time as its cheaper rent while we save to buy somewhere. Bex has her horse back now so she's happy, albeit I probably won't see much of her anymore even though we live together! At least when I'm tuning up my car, I'm within calling distance from the front door!

Well, I have finally found my camera after moving house and the pics from Morzine are now up. There are a couple I dare not post cos the other half would probably not like it somewhat... Anyway, Pics of my first couple of jumps are there too - they got a lot better but we were having too much fun to bother with the camera!

Mmm. Forgot how much I missed the mountains! Sooo want to go back and live there permanently. Snow was ok but a little slushy at times and wouldn't you know it? The last day was the best day! Unfortunately we had to leave in the morning so couldn't get up and play! Pics may be uploaded soon if I can be bothered! (actually a lot were on my phone and I haven't got a datalink cable yet...)

Well, off on snowboarding holiday this weekend. Not exactly how I wanted it to be but at least its time away from Exeter. In fact, it is my fault and if you know what I'm talking about, you don't need me to say any more. If you don't then I'm not going to explain. Will do another when I get back.
