hehe, my birthday isn't on 4-20, but it is exactly 3 months away. as for capstraps slipping... if they slip while you are riding, it would most likely be because of the boot (if you have burton boots, i have no idea why that happens, capstraps are supposed to fit all burton boots perfectly).

if they keep slipping when you are trying to strap in, even at home... i would take the binding off the board, and shift the toe strap either forward or back (there is one slot where you can move the toe strap from under the baseplate). maybe that adjustment will help you out... if you have already tried that and it hasn't helped, i'd have to ask what kind of boot ya got?
