hey patrick, thanks for the props on the vids.

I still used the GL2 a bunch last season - and I still think it's a great cam - especially for what you can pick one up for now. I'm not into HD - yet - no real reason to be as most households can't watch it. For teh same price, I'd go with Panasonic's DVX 100 and shoot at 24fps and get more of a 16mm look.

I use Avid DV Xpress - used to use Premiere and Avid was a nice step up.
