went sledding for the very first time yesterday. what a work out!!! the
trail to black tusk gives you muscle pain all over. and I thought I was
fit. I imagined it as a nice ride in the backcountry. hahahahaha! you
better start working out your arms and pectoralis already in the
summer. eric was going up with me about 80 km/h, I enjoyed it super
much, but was screaming at the same time. Could just feel my
helmet moving backwards from the speed wind. then turns in fresh
powder. I just couldn't decide if I should be more excited about that
eric let me drive his sled or the fresh powderturns???? hard question.
driving down a bit scared the first time by myselfe without getting
stucked, I couldn't get enough from it. but wait a minute. after a few
hours holding on to the steering my arms were just in pain and my bum
blue from the edge of my snowboard, which was attached on the side of
the sled. So I decided to let eric drive back, after I got us stucked
and wasn't able to lift my arms no more. BUT IT WAS SUPER GREAT!!!
