Ay yay yay... Well, my house finally frickin sold! So, I will officially be out of here by November 30'th. I can't believe it's finally starting to come together. My mom and sis are gonna fly up probably this weekend and find a house. We've pretty much settled on the Portland area though, which is a small bummer in a way. I still like Bend more, but prices have gone up a lot there over the last year. Plus there are better schooling opportunites for me in good old P-town. Whatever though, I'm just excited that I'll finally be out of here. ;) I'll still make my way out to Bend once in a while, still never ridden @ Bachelor.

Sorry I've taken forever to get back to you. I hope all went well w/ your knee surgery. My mom's going in for back surgery in a couple weeks, so I know what all the doctor visits are like. Had a surgery or 2 in my day too... Hope you're feeling better.

The probation officer that did an interview with me recommended that I be put on low-level probation and serve no more jail time. Her supervisor accused me of lying in the report (which I did not) and recommended 6 months custody and 5 years formal probation. The judge agreed and I had the book thrown @ me. So, I'm ashamed to say I spent the past 3 months in SD County Jail. It was the hardest thing I have ever gone through and can't even begin to try and describe it to you. I journaled every day (eventually will be a book of some sort). I'm glad it's over, but I grew a lot because of the experience. Unfortunately, I now have to deal with getting my probation transferred before I move. I also have to enroll in a 3 month first conviction program, so those are a few of the complications in moving. Also, if our house sells too soon, I'll have nowhere to stay. But we'll see. God's gotten me through a lot already, so I'll have to see how all this works out.

The reason I was gone for 3 months actually goes back to last september and a car accident I had (pic in my profile album). The crash had the technicality of also being a DUI. I wasn't drunk or anything ( my test showed a .05, the legal limit is .08), but I fell asleep at the wheel and hit a stop light pole. I was arrested and spent a week in jail. After 5 months of court dates and all that goes with them (all happening while i met you) I went it for sentencing on January 28th.

Yep yep. I'm still moving. The house is still on the market and fortunately we got an offer yesterday, so things are finally starting to get moving on this. I don't think I'll be up there for another 2-3 months though which sucks, but whatever. I mainly just want to get out of here, but there are still a few loose ends that need to be taken care of.
