The mystery that lays...

What I want is what I can’t see. What I need is what goes beyond the audible sounds. It’s all about trying to find things that make u move forward and push u to find your balance and try to be happy. Everyday it’s the same thing, the same routine, the same way you get out of bed and go to wash your teeth, and then more forward to have your morning coffee. You never change anything coz you don’t have time. Then it all hits you. It becomes clear to you that all this is the way it’s supposed to be. Nobody looks at his or her faces in the mirror, nobody really looks. You pass on the salt over dinner the same way you pass someone a ruler in class. Every movement is the same, and everybody is nobody. What are we supposed to do when we realize we mean nothing, that we’re all the same and lost in a sea of more than 6 billion fishes. It’s just us. It’s always been just us. And it always will be just us. The way the rain falls on your window, and the traces is leaves, the perfectly calming sound it makes. That’s our life. We built up out of our mother’s sky, fall through life and then we hit the ground. That’s it. How it is that rain has such an effect on people. It’s quiet and noisy at the same time. It creates perfect situations and thoughts. It makes us look outside, wonder what it would feel like if today we were somewhere else, in another skin, feeling completely different and wanting all the opposite things. Rain is just water, but yet it inspires people to do so much. What we strive to be is more than we can ever think possible. It’s what we desire, but can’t always be sure to have. One day there’s this thunder in the sky and it strikes us so hard we awake from our dream, only to realize that what we have can be blown away so easily. There are things we can hold on to, things that never leave us and that push us to be better, to see beyond our barriers, that make us fly to the sky that we’ve built for ourselves. But it’s all so hard to have. We’re blinded by our desires and sometimes it makes us lose all control. We meet someone one day. We never really noticed that person was there and yet it’s the person we always wanted to meet. We never realize what we have till it becomes unreachable and then what!? Nothing. It’s the way that person talks to you, or looks at you or understands what many have once failed to get. The way that person sees into your soul and gets it all out. It’s the person that you know you love but that at the same time is miles away. The way that person feels about you, that’s what makes it harder to understand. You look up at the sky and realize the clouds are gone, but when you look in front of you everything is still dark and blurry. The way we think we know something but we are always wrong. We read about amazing love and life stories but nothing is ever like that, when are we going to get that? That same person tells us that life is all about finding the right dreams to hide into. We believe. We think that person is right. And it’s true. Our minds exist in places nobody has heard of. Places that don’t exist on the map. Places where the sky is gray and perfect. Places where everything suddenly seems possible. Places where the sound of our voice makes this amazing sound that streches out into the infinite. We strive for perfection. We let our minds linger in the waste possibilities of our souls. The way we look inside ourselves and how it takes forever. That is what scares us. Never to really be sure that one day we’ll know who we are. That same person tells us that one day our tears will dry, that one day we will finally manage to be happy. That person tells us that everything happens for a reason. That we must face our choices even we don’t always like them. It’s the way that person smiles, sleeps, thinks that makes us wonder. The way that person believes in things that only exist in the mind. That’s what makes us believe someday everything will be ok. What are we really looking for? How sad does this world have to get for us to finally understand? This sad. Maybe love is what we fear the most. Maybe love is what we want the most. Some people don’t even need love, but I can’t accept that. It’s the same thing when someone tells us that it’s ok to love, and that time will make it all go away. But what if we don’t want it go away? Sometimes we don’t really have that choice. So many people die everyday, and the ones they leave behind still believe. Their Hope is all they have left. The way your computer makes this humming sound that proves it’s working. The way your heart beats to show you that you’re still living. The way you have trouble breathing after you read an e-mail. The way you can’t forget to take your pill every morning. The way you can’t manage to be happy. That’s us. That’s humanity. We see only what we want, but never really think to look deeper. The way we take a camera to stop time. That’s when it becomes immortal and insufficient. The camera snaps shots of invisible things. Things we think we see but that no one ever will. That’s what our lives can be about. Wanting the things we can’t have. Listening to people we don’t care about. Loving the ones that can’t be reached. Feeling that we could do anything but we don’t know how. That’s us. We live, we built, we create, we love, we hope. We fear, we achieve and then we die. How’s that for a lullaby?

hi beautiful :) i haven't checked in here for awhile and what a pleasant surprise. Shame that canadian phone is out of service now and i haven't a new #..i didn't get ur msg :(
Did it say lots of exciting stuff ;) I'm back home now, back to school and it's ok..wrote a french language placement today and apparently scored one of the highest amongst english around here..nice huh!
