honestly, let's do some honesty... that way you can really be you and I can really be me. we'll sit down, have a discussion... fathom potential consequences and probable reprocussions, of our actions. and in that way, empower ourselves to manifest things exactly the way we want them to happen. according to our own personal convictions and individual perceptions. which is why I constantly encourage you to challenge them... keep me thinking! keep me questioning! I'm not old bread gone stale... I'm quicker than e-mail, faster than a mag-lev train on a speed rail, fresher than the oregon mountain air after a heavy storm of wind rain and hail. that's right, in hale. and breathe deep, realize you're fully concious and completely aware. love is anywhere. re arrange your conceptions until they allign with this perception: peace exists everywhere. continually, perpetually, an in an of itself you see. all we must choose to do is realize that that are minds are already willing to embrace it, an then we'll be set free. and our "civilization" will cease playing the game of tit-for-tat, and will no longer enjoy entertaining the fallacy of “enemies”...

Yes, I have been inspired to write a journal entry for the day... Why? (I ask myself) Well, first off I return from a rather lovely vacation throughout california and even into nevada a bit... got to see !!!, Black Heart Procession, The Shins, The Magic Band, Modest Mouse, and Built to Spill. And to top that off, I went with the two most inspirational people in my life, Alisha (alifalls) and Jesse (parkmonkeysepo). Then I got to get out on the board (yeah!) later in the week... and today! well, I had the privilege of meeting Nate Gilreath of M6 outerwear! yeah! I might even get to work a bit with the company, how sick is that? so as previously stated, I was quite inspired to leave this in the ole journole... thank you to those who took part of their life to particpate in mine... I love all of you.

hello, this has been my weekend in reveiw... saw modest again on friday night in Seattle... then spent the night buried in newspapers twenty minutes south of seattle... then got up at 5:00 because it was cold and walked a few miles and hitched a ride to portland... then pirated a metrorail from portland to gresham... caught another ride to sandy... and then got picked up in sandy about 200 miles from my house by a raging lunatic who had just pulled a needle of methamphetamines out of his arm... among many things he told me, here are the top, i don't know, 5: I was dead for two weeks seven years ago... this is my dog blue, he is a divine being older than both of us... my 13 year old daughter will have a crush on you... I am straight, but I did homosexual S&M bondage stripshows for three and a half years in portland... this is the last day I will use drugs...

well folks, today is my last day as a teenager... ten very curious years of exploration, insecurity, excitement, amazement, depression, redemption, and desire will be permanently located in a chapter of my mind known merely as "my teenage years." to move on to my twenties... what will they bring, I wonder? will I accomplish great things? will I develop more great friendships? make enemies? will my parents die? will I die? will I meet a girl I want to spend my life with? will I see children? will I remain dedicated to snowboarding? will my health fail me? where will I go? what will I do? so many questions that I could ask... but I won't. I'll be content to do the best I can at all times in any given situation and let the factors beyond my control fall where they will. there, I've created a motto that will guide me for the next ten years, and then hopefully I will have the chance to reevaluate my twenties and still love being me...
Hey y'all! Went to San Francisco yesterday, hung out with old friends, shot pool, drank beer, and then had the privilege of experiencing Built to Spill live! Held in a very appropriate venue, The Great American Music Hall, with them the talented groups Solace Brothers, and Draw; Built to Spill put on a very fufilling show, all together it was an amazing event I'm sure not to forget. Peace out to my bro, parkmonkeysepo, as he takes off for Australia tomorrow; it was great to act alive with you all again. Getting an MRI on Monday to find out exactly what's wrong with my knee, I'll keep you all updated... Later
Yeah! Today is a great day to be alive! I'm doing well and will be back in Northern California Monday night! Thank you, Alisha, for putting up with me in Long Beach, you are the coolest! Well, guess what? I was back to skating everyday and my knee was considerably stonger and (I think) on its way to a full recovery when some angry old dude decided to run a red light and hit me while I was in the crosswalk! No sh*t! I flew up over his hood, shattered his winsheild and hit the street! Had to go to the Hospital, fractured my hand screwed my knee up bad and I am still in a chronic state of mental trauma (this happened on friday), but sh*t, at least I won't have to work for a while...a long while. hahaha!
