We were there about 15 minutes on our seconds run when One of my sons friends went down hard. The kid (Matt) already had a broken right hand. So we had to take him to the hospital. after being there six hours we finally knew for sure that he had broken his

Published by: gbh2oRider
12/7/2008 9:51:20 AM

Once again is was just nice to be out riding. There was only 2 trails open, 3 if you count the mini t park. They didn't have the kickers set up on the mini t. That kinda sucked. So we made our own kicker on the Vali run. It was fun till ski patrol kno

Published by: gbh2oRider
11/29/2008 2:09:15 PM

Season opener

Went to SkiBrule on Saturday November 22. I was just happy to be riding. My new Agent ROCKS! Ski Brule on the other hand sucked. They didn't have as many runs open as advertised and conditions were not even close to even just being OK. I had some problems with skiers. I had one slam into me on purpo

Published by: gbh2oRider
11/26/2008 7:27:12 AM

MWSF

Rode at DH yesterday at the Midwest Snow Fest. It was a lot of fun. Was not crowded at all. I expected 10 million little kids cutting me off, but it wasn't like that at all. Just a fun relaxing event. It was great riding with new people. That was probably my last ride of the season. I'm gearing up f

Published by: gbh2oRider
3/9/2008 6:01:02 PM

Nordic

Rode at Nordic on Saturday 3/1. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be for a 10 dollar 12 hour day. Some kids ruined a couple of runs sliding down the hills all day. But most of the runs were good. Had a confrontation with 2 kids at least a third of my age. They decided to shut their mouths

Published by: gbh2oRider
3/2/2008 2:49:13 PM

DH

Rode DH on Saturday. It was nice in the morning. In the afternoon it turned into a skating rink. My riding sucked in the afternoon. The ice didn't help matters any. I drank way too much the night before. The slight hangover didn't help either. Not my best day. O but I got my first grab. yea

Published by: gbh2oRider
2/24/2008 6:31:56 PM

We used up our free tickets for Brule today. The day started off looking pretty good. 1-2" of fresh powder and snowing on and off. The trails were realy slow. So we figured they would speed up when the powder got packed down a bit. It got faster alright. The only problem was o

Published by: gbh2oRider
2/9/2008 6:57:12 PM
