hey how ur summer folks mine was a mixture of good and bad, good cos i went to denmark had a cracking time bad because i broke my foot and spent the rest of the summer at home bored but when i was out of plaster it was ooff to belgium for the formula 1 which was a blast

im back from the download music festival which was king amazing saw loads od bands like korn, lamb of god, slayer, and iron madian to name a few also drank alot i will be posting some pics up soon so check them out. dowload ROOOOCCKSS    SLAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYYYYEEEEER

greetings everyone hope a good new years was had by all i did haha. im now back to work after most of christmas off yay! well i hope u all have fun when u go back to school, college, work and wotever else i didnt mention. hope all havea good 2007 i know i will  

im free my cast is off the bone are healed  wot a xmas present to be out of the cast i was quite wppried that they wud say i needed surgery but no!! ive got another week of work takin it to a total of 10 weeks off (jealous?) but no sport for a another six weeks so im a bit gutted about that but u cant have everything merry xmas to all
