I live in Japan, but I am originally from Cali and I have lived in Spain, Costa Rica, and Chile as well. I currently teach English and am working towards finishing a Master's degree in Spanish. I also try and fit in riding in whenever possible.

	hey there! thanx for your comments! well, i think kerouac was eager to find a meaning in life. he was certainly not satisfied with the superficial world around him. and the quotes here were probably inspired by his studies on buddhism. btw, how's life in hokkaido? i was a couple years ago in japan. i loved it. very peaceful! one night i got lost for an hour in the pagoda temples' park in kyoto =)

	about three more months and snow will be somewhat ridable for now waves are still huge as it is typhoo season. we've been getting tons of precipitation so hopefully this winter will be generous

	not sure if you got the message. i'll do it again. i was on the jet two years ago for three years in kyogoku. now i live in muroran on the coast south of tomakkomai. i m almost always at niseko if im not surfing. do you know jj and ben from sapps?
