yeah dude, you won't find anything for 20k anymore. not even by trout lake. if you can find a 100k lot your doing ok. get on it quick though the land value is rising steady and when the new resort opens it will jump up again. any lots that are around 100k will be around 200k in a couple years. reve rips man. i just opened a snowboard shop here and the mountain is sick. shi*t here is going off and a lot of eyes are watching. the globe and mail as well as the new york times have recently done articles about the real estate here. go to google type in "revelstoke related sites" click the first one that pops up and it will be a site that has links to everything you need to know about reve. even the remax and royal lepage sites. you can also try "the propery guys" website for more possible listings. hope this helps you out. peace
