This place has a very "Family oriented" atmosphere, but is also a really good place for beginner to low intermediate boarders to hone in on their skills and get cranking for the big stuff. It's very affordable also. I found the instructor to be very encouraging, and I learnt a lot in the 10 days or so I was there in '04'.

most people dont like it here but when the snow is good this place really is awsome. the slopes may be extrodinarily mellow but its alotta fun and there is not much crowds. and they are even improving on their terrain park.
although, saying all this, it is at a considerably lower altitude than most of the other resorts in aus so the season is alot shorter, and the base is thinner, so on a bad year such as last year (2005) its prolly not worth it unless there has just been a very big dump. but when the snows good, like 2004, its definatly worth it.
especially coz the lift passses are waaaay cheap
