StepChild To Aquire Burton

In reaction to the recent purchase of Channel Islands by Burton Snowboards. StepChild has put up a counter offer to buy Burton.

"We think it's a good time to own Burton." Commented an intern at StepChild.

It's rumored that StepChild has offered $50.00 bucks to buy the brand from Jake. "We are awaiting a response, we sent the offer through MySpace to the Burton page, we expect to hear back soon."

If the sale goes through it would make StepChild the largest manufacturer of Snowboards and related goods in the industry.

Currently StepChild holds about .0001% of the market, Burton holds close to 59%.

"This is a pure power move by StepChild." Commented another intern. "We are simply flexing our muscles and showing the snowboard world how much of a force we really are."

how the hell did you hurt your ribs.. i wanna know all the gory details. haha, and what else did you say, oh yes.. the few riding trips that you got to squeeze in... haha same happened here, its dissapointing but well, i got big white for a week to look forward to. thats happening next week, and after that well.. i can go wakeboarding i guess? but its not nearly as,... looked forward to as bigwhite. and what days are you going to whistler?
