Closing out the season at about 50 days!!
My Blog: Monday, June 04, 2007
So abasin closed yesterday! and man it was sad. snow was still good. I droped a cornice and slid down with no gloves on yea my hands HURT! I finished off the season right around 50 days.... i lost count but i know its right around that mark. It was a blast and now i can't wait to get behind a boat this summer ..... time for boozing chillin and relaxin can't wait to do it all over again!!!

Yeah, I have been kind of MIA. Too much snow to ride to be inside! Ok, I know all you office people have an excuse for being online, since it's not as much of a leisure activity for you.. how you been? Enjoying al that pow you guys have been getting?
 
I'll be getting the goods myself in aobut a week. I get to CO on the 16th, and stay til the 22nd. Not really sure of the plan. Gary is my ride and guide for the week. I am sure it is going to be a blast! Not that we haven't been getting dumped on, but coastal snow just doesn't quite stack up to continental snow... Weell, cept for it sticks to alot steeper terrain.

btw...do you know anyone who wants to buy a cheap set of studded snow tires? I might bring mine up if I have a buyer...if not I'll just give them to my brother, he's moving to Denver next summer

so we will be there for sure, 27th-I think the 2nd. I couldn't get a flight so I am driving, blah! Oh & thanks for offering a place to crash! I think we're gonna probably stay in Breck on NYE, but we should meet up & ride whatever days you can get up there! I think they told me Edgar is going but haven't gotten the story on that yet, do you know what's going on?

Yeah, I actually broke a couple bones in my palm coming off a rail. Such a BUMMER!!! At least it's not poking out or anything disgusting like that. Just tried to catch myself and did more harm than good. Oh well, I'll be back on my board in a few weeks. ;)

Good to hear you are getttin some snow out there!1 FIngers are crossed, but it looks like it is going to be a good year for some parts. We are gettin a nicwe start here too. I might go down and hike and ride with snowwolf this friday... We don;t have that luxory of lifts yet like you guys ;)
 
It's all good here. I have jsut b een super busy!! All my stuff just ogt here in a moving turck, and now my apartment is a mess. Not to mention, I now have finally been reunited with my 2 huskies, so I have been having to do some massive amounts of walking to keep them from going insane in my little abode... oh well, one or two good days riding BC with me and they are happy for a week or so.
 
So, I am most likely coming out to CO for MLK weekend. Maybe I'll bump into you somewhere suriong that time. Not qite sure of my plan yet, but I'll be making teh rounds in SUmmit county. Doubt I will be
