You've been trying hard to change me,
You don't see how much it hurts.
And everything I say to you,
Just seems to make things worse.
I only want to be with you,
And I just wish that you could see,
How much I love as you are,
Can't you do the same for me?
I'm trying hard to compromise,
And I'll do the best I can.
