About Me

I've been riding since x-mas day in '93. I consider Lake Louise my home base, although I spend almost as many days at Fernie. I also like to do cat in the Interior. Mad props to Valhalla Powdercats, Whitewater and Red Mountain. I also bike a lot.

Words of Wisdom

Drinking from puddles is, generally speaking, not a great idea. Unless it's a puddle of beer or another alcoholic substance that hasn't been stepped in, in which case, dive in.
