yo phil yeah i had surgery and shi*t...it was mellow...make sure Dr. McConkie does it in squamish, its hurts like hell when u get out of surgery, but after a few days the pain goes away......really get into the physio and the best thing i can tell u to do is to buy a rode bike and bike like 15 Km everyday, thats what i did for 3 months......by the time last season came around i didnt even need a knee brace and it feels stronger then my other knee....

yeah i love vancouver! its so awesome. the mountains are open now its great. theres snow in the city too which is a first for this time of year...i hope there will be a white christmas that would be so cool! i went snowbaording on saturday it was so nice
