Hey - got out riding this weekend - at Blackcomb under pretty scetch conditions. Met a buncha my friends from here and wrote about it in the forums.

Baker got snow and opened, only to close again and then re-open under limited conditions. I think that I Will wait for a little moe before heading out there. On the day I do, I'll let u know.

I wanna see that pipe again!

Dude - saw your post in the forums. A fellow "oldie" to welcome. We have a pretty good group of mature riders here, check out the 30 plus forum.

You are in Bellingham? I live in Langley, over the border from you. Last yr I got to Baker for the first time and I wanna go a lot more!! I have been riding for four yrs now, and it is so much fun that it is nearly all I think about.

So - I am waiting and waiting for the snow. Some friends of mine bought a place near Baker - the Glen or someplace like that. it is closer than I Live, so I am hoping to stay there a little this winter.

The only day at Baker that I tried it was snowing like crazy. Good fun, but hard to see. I am planning to get there a few week days this year - cheaper and miss the crowds!
