Closing out the season at about 50 days!!

So abasin closed yesterday! and man it was sad. snow was still good. I droped a cornice and slid down with no gloves on yea my hands HURT! I finished off the season right around 50 days.... i lost count but i know its right around that mark. It was a blast and now i can't wait to get behind a boat this summer ..... time for boozing chillin and relaxin can't wait to do it all over again!!!

	hey there!! Good to hear you are getttin some snow out there!1 FIngers are crossed, but it looks like it is going to be a good year for some parts. We are gettin a nicwe start here too. I might go down and hike and ride with snowwolf this friday... We don;t have that luxory of lifts yet like you guys ;) It's all good here. I have jsut b een super busy!! All my stuff just ogt here in a moving turck, and now my apartment is a mess. Not to mention, I now have finally been reunited with my 2 huskies, so I have been having to do some massive amounts of walking to keep them from going insane in my little abode... oh well, one or two good days riding BC with me and they are happy for a week or so. So, I am most likely coming out to CO for MLK weekend. Maybe I'll bump into you somewhere suriong that time. Not qite sure of my plan yet, but I'll be making teh rounds in SUmmit county. 	FUnny, that's the same reason I went to Seattle back then. I planned on moving here alot sooner, and then changed my mind a million times to a million differant places, and tehn came full circle right back to here. It must have been my destiny. heheh. Are you happy you decided on Denver? So, you skied since 3? when did you make the switch? Do you still ski? I started off skiing, and tehn switched about 6 years ago, and tehn went back to skiing fro the past couple fo years. I just sold my skiis about 2months ago, so I am now back to strictly boarding agian.... for a while at least. I really like doing both. I don't really see much differance in the two. I pretty much approach both with the same lack of style and reckless abondone.

	um, that WAS my cheesy pickup line! Was it that unobvious?!? Spring break in Seattle? What where you thinking? Don't most people go somewhere where there is sun?!? Oh wait, I did the same thing a few years ago. It's what made me want to move here. Actually I was torn between here, Denver, and Salt Lake. It ended up being a a combinatioon of job ops, pay rates, and riding that made me choose here. Ther are really only three closeish places to go riding here. It's about 45 minutes to the closest, and an hour+ to the other two, depending on where you live. It is an hour oor to door to a pretty decent place called steven's pass for me. And then the legendary Mt. Baker is about 3 hours, and Whistler is around 5... Not a whole lot considering how far I used to drive just to get to my home hill of 500' in Michigan. I am jealous though... you guys will be riding out
