Haha ya I know. I don't really care when I get ID'd. Worst was when I was in Manitoba about 8 months ago. The drinking age there is 18. I was told I couldn't go into the lounge at the hotel I was staying at to meet my mom. So I had to pull out the old ID. There is no way I look 17. But whatevs though. My friends are already starting with the aging thing. I have wrinkles. We are WAY too young for them to be starting with that crap already.

Phew. I'm glad that you calculated my good deeds for me to ensure I could partake in my guilty pleasure. Buffalo sounds fun. Haha. Ya, friends and family make or break the place I'm at. I like to be close to everybody! Ya, I think I'm doing ok for water. I've got that ocean at my doorstep.

Man it is HOT here. I'm going to the beach to dunk myself in some cold ass ocean water. Maybe take my doggy for a swim. He'll love me then! Anyway, hope you have a lovely day! J:)

So what's been keeping you busy these days? I saw you were liking that quote from the Forums. Farley is a super rad Canadian writer. If ya ever had any interest in Native people or the North, he's the guy to read. He's my fav writer. Anyway, hope ewverything uis peachy. Peace, JESS :)

Ya, what can I say. I love my good ol hick town haha. Ya the coke thing is scary. My 15year old sister told me people were doing it at her school dance. Not such a good thing. Ya I'm excited about the trip. We'll have to see when I get around to doing it though. Money is always an issue. Sounds like a lovely little camping trip you had there. Ok don't worry.. I'll forgive the small scale of it. You were only 12 haha. Ya, I've been to disney once before. It was rad. I feel a little guilty going though. Its one of those huge corporations I hate. but the rides are so fun, a moral dilemma I tell ya. It was pretty gross actually.. like 100 acres of parking lot. Bah.. concrete jungle. Hey, your birthday is jan 1st.. thats pretty crazy. Were ya one of those babies in the paper.. "first baby of the year"?? interesting... Anyways, Keep it real. Peace, jess :)

Well curse that mother of yours. She should have sped up the process just so you could be in the paper. haha nah Im jk. But ya, I bet you get a few comments about your birthday anytime anyone finds out about it eh??!! Every single time someone finds out my birthday is Dec.23 they always say "oh man that must suck, having your birthday so close to Christmas" to which I politely smile and nod my head and give a little half hearted laugh. Yes It happens all the time and it bugs me haha. Well maybe it just happens all the time because I get ID a lot because (like you said) I look 12. Haha.

Man that sucks no one will go to the coaster with ya. It does take away from the glory of living so close to such an amazing thing when ya can't find a partner in crime to go with you! Now this soap you speak of... is it a special soap? Now where abouts might a gal find herself some of it? Hmm? I figure that my normally minimalist lifestyle can forgive 2 measly trips to Disney.Ya think? haha. Disney isn't the purpose of the trip. I prefer to think of it as the grand finale. That other white stuff I didn't have much of an encounter with until I had my head screwed firmly upon my shoulders. Unlike my baby sister it wasn't present at dances and parties that I went to. Plus I've always had that ever present father who would have kicked my ass if he found me dallying in such unsavory behaviors! (not literally haha. So what has been keeping you entertained these days? How is Buffalo life? (see look how long winded I am.. I can never keep it to proper post length ARRRHH!)

Thanks, Denver treats me alright. I would like to travel more though, there's lot I have not seen yet. I saw a documentary on the Northeast, I was pretty surprised at how big and dense the Adirondack (sp?) forest was. I would like to see that. I would not mind digging some clams on the shores by Boston either. I like big cities, and then I like to be totally remote and chill. Not sure how long I would last in Buffalo without going bonkers. I might have to rent a boat and go out in the great lakes for a week and escape.

I don't know what to say about the politics stuff. I have some strong feelings about some of it, but I am not uber educated about it, so I keep quiet most of the time. I really came here to talk about snowboarding anyway mostly. Getting to know people is cool though. Everyone is unique. Sometimes that's cool, sometimes not. I grew up in a different time than a majority of the general forum members, some of my ideals would fall on deaf ears. I just watched the doc about IKE. My Dad was old when he started the fam, and I have a brother that is 10 years older, so I grew up in a circa WWII household. Different world man, we liberated France and sh*t. But all the current propaganda gets me confused, so I try to just keep to my core beliefs and see what shakes out.
