way to go agent - definitely killing it...and, in those conditions, it's not nearly as easy as you make it look.

once again, we got the tail end of that storm...but I'm not complaining with 14" of fresh.  I was going to ride Sunday, but the forecast was calling for 50 mph wind gusts (we actually got about 2 mph wind gusts, but the visibility was sketchy according to the cams).

...so, I went up today, even though I was worried it'd be all tracked out from the weekenders.  And what do you know...they hardly touched the glades and the east side.  Total bluebird and IT WAS KILLLER!!!

yeah, I have to say I was pretty impressed. With how warm it was I was expecting rain. But in one afternoon it went from 50 degrees to 14 degrees and dumped three feet in one night. At lake level we didnt get too much, so I figured 1 foot of snow on the mountain, and was indeed plesantly suprised.

Glad

Glad you had some of that storm also. Especially since how much this season tanked.

werd, I thought this season's storms were over with the full-on spring temps we were getting.

I remember there was a similar sneaker storm at this time last year, though it wasn't nearly as warm prior and snow was only half as deep.  I totally missed that session last year, so was on full alert for it this season...maybe we'll get a little more before 09 is over

With 9 ridiculously deep powder days this season, 2009 has been really good in central CA

...supposed to get up to 70 deg on Sunday April 19th, resort's last operating day of the season.  Bye
