there was a tower on the blackcomb gondola that colapsed this afternoon.... nothing serious apparently, but there was a cabin that crashed onto a bus shelter.... they are going to have fun getting this sorted before the christmas rush sat!!

Was just about to ask, maybe a pair of snowshoes would be a thoughtful gift for you this christmas?

i was thinking more along the lines of a sled ;)

I'm so happy, my uzi jacket is supposed to be in tomorrow :D Just in time too, an hour later I'm probably gonna go build some jumps with a buddy and photog the session. Not that it's 'OMG AWESOME' news, I'm just overly excited and most of my friends could care less.

 daisy, gets over the curb and takes off hiding in the bushes while i go find a box to wrangle the chicks... so i get out there with my box trying to stop traffic and collect these birds who do no want to be caught... i'm scrambling around on my hands an knees in my suit under cars trying to scare em out... one guy gets out of his car to help corner em....  people in their cars getting all scared to move in case they crush one of the cute little fluffballs...

Oddity: I don't have a link for the boot dryer unfortunately. I just bought it from the Hill I work at, they had boxes of them. I can try and track down the brand name though, that might help.

so i was supposed to go riding with my buddy Adam and his dad today...and his dad is like, sorry, i gotta go into work and can't give you guys a ride....and Blue has 8cm of freshies...WTF!

hopefully we get more snow in the next 2 days, im gonna be going to Glen on friday morning for a few runs before i head into work...some fresh pow would be nice! cuz now i don't think i can head to Blue without paying until the new year due to the 5x7 restrictions

10-15 cm's in Toronto for Friday.. so you'll be golden if it starts early enough (assuming the drive is safe.. snowsports are paradoxical that way)

And just remember, for the 5x7 you can't use it in the DAYS over Christmas.. still works at night the whole time!

cool, i didn't even look at all the details, when i saw excluded dates, i figured it was for all day...but a few nights in over christmas would be cool.

Considering that at the blue meet, nine of us rode the entire day without purchasing lift passes, I don't see how this plan can fail.

Just keep an eye open for people checking passes at each chair. If you see them, abort and walk over to the next one (the joys of Blue)

And seriously.. how in high hell did NINE of us ride an entire day (TOGETHER) and not get caught.
That was pretty much epic (and possibly highly against official Sb.com Meets) Although I do believe we made up for it, by stealing DVD cables from the douchebagers next door.

And on that note, I just found out today, that Snowzilla will be coming to town soon, I think around the same time I head out to Stowe... (And also around the same time you pretty faces get together for a meet)
