Noo helmets are a way of saying yhur smart! they save yhur life! I know I've came off a jump a couple times &&hit my head HARD &&it saved my life. if yhu dont wear a helmet thats pretty much just a way of saying yhu wanna get brain damage. yhu may think yhur the shit. but yhur not get a fuckin reality check buddy. yhu could be boardin..some skier or someone cuts in front of yhu..yhu go off the trail &&into a tree. BAM! yhu could be dead. or hit yhur head. it's just askin for brain damage pretty much. if yhu think helmets are gay. go out &&buy one of the ones that yhu can hook yhur Ipod up to &&it plays music through the helmet. thats wat I have &&I love it. I have a case for my ipod &&I hook it up. strap in &&take off. I mean they arent that expensive. ask for one for yhur birthday or somethin. around here. wen yhur up on the mountain almost EVERYBODY that yhu see is wearin a helmet. cause theyre smart. they dont mean yhur a fag. it just means yhu dont want brain damage or to die. I mean the MOST common injury is breaking yhur arm or wrists. but alot of people run into tree's soo..just be safe &&wear one. it's not that hard &&these guys are right..they keep yhur head warm..keep yhur goggles in place &&all that. just think about it cause it could save yhur life someday.

i do agree with you though.. helmets are important... and not just trees... (in fact... hardly ever trees...) mostly smaking your head on the ground during a fall is what causes the damage.  so be careful out there and wear whatever protection is available.  including condoms... all of you... all the time.  especially you pat... heh...

dude. hittin yhur noggin on snow, rails, tree's or anything else isnt fun. I've had times where my best friend cut right infront of me. we crashed right into eachother &&I hit my head right on the edge of her board. I had a helmet on &&it probably saved me for stitches, a concussion or more.

Is cussing really necessary?  Can you form an arguement without using cuss words?  Cause it doesn't show how educated you are in spite of using a helmet.  keep it clean

Maybe it's just me...but for someone that uses a helmet, you can't type and make sentences too well.  I'd expect that from someone who has hit their head without a helmet on.  Might want to work on that a bit.  maybe i'm just one of those lucky few that doesn't wear a helmet that can type and speak english.  Life is tough.
