boldaslove Posts : 54 OFFLINE	Posted on Mar 15, 2007 i personally wear a helmat because A) its warm B)keeps goggles in place C) gives me confidence to hit anything D) they dont look all that bad E)after having concussions, helmats seem like a great idea F) i bet youve never hit anything thats big enough to need a helmat for= thats like 6 reasons i've gotta agree. especially with E).

I hit my head on a rail last week and the only reason I was able to get back up was because of the helmet.

I still wear it though, its warmer than a hat, better for goggles, and because there will probably come a day when I wake up not knowing where I am, but really glad I had my helmet on.

bballdude181 Posts : 41 ONLINE	Posted on Apr 10, 2007 My mom made me get a helmet because she was seeing how i was progressing and i told her how i didnt want one because i used to think they were not cool. But i got one (Red HiFi) which is mad sick and 3rd time up there with it hit a 40 footer over rotated and slammed the noggin into the snow hard. If i wouldnt of had it i wouldnt of gotten back up.

I sometimes try to, but I'm irresponsible, and lazy.. so I tend not to. I do hope, I become smarter, and wear a helmet every time I ride.. because every hit my head takes I feel like an idiot.
