A lovely local beer called...

Mountain Goat - Hightale Ale

Recently discovered this ale. Sharp not overly fruity taste.
Very different flavour to the predominate Australian beers.
Damn that dysexic kid, he cant sell sit!

Expensive beer can do that to!  I've been hungchowed from all sorts of imports and high end swill....and I'm sure I'm not alone on that.

Mine would have to be Grolsch. Stella is like a chemical cleaner and once you pop you can't stop (running to the bathroom that is)

Hoegarden is an excellent beer, especailly in the summer.

If you ever find yourself out in NYC in the summer - head out to queens to the beer garden at bohemian hall.
They have this huge outdoor area styled after the classic european beer gardens. Pitchers of hoegarden are like $8?
excellent place to spend a hot summer afternoon. :)

Nearly anything by Deschutes or Maritime Pacific.  When I'm in Japan, Kirin Ichiban Shibori is fantastic.  Don't drink the US crap version of it though.  "Brewed under the strict supervision of Anheuser-Busch," it reads.  Pffftt!
