just checked them out, from what i listened to they sounded pretty good, would like to see them live. They remineded me of a NZ band called The Datsuns.

why hasn't anyone told me that Helloween was so good? after reading more than good critics of their new album, i have decided to pick it up this afternoon. its G-O-D-L-Y, i tell you.

damn, son, i work 5 days a week and i'm not even at 100 yet! i just raided the $6.99 bin at the local A&B, picked up some yes and deep purple. figured i've had the same CD playing in my car for a couple months now, it's time for a change.

So I just got back from the music store today and picked up two extremely awesome CDs. First off Nightwish's "Century Child" is sick. I loved "Once" and decided I'd check out their earlier stuff. Faaaantastic. Second off, big thank you to Kevin who recommended Helloween's newest addition. It is epic if I've ever heard it. I was never really into them until I actually bought this CD. Everyone NEEDS this album. It will make you cream your pants.

I saw Deep Purple a coupla years back, when Joe Satriani was filling in as lead guitarist. I'm not a DP fan, but knowing that Satch was playing, well...I had to go & see them.
