    Took your advice, rebuildyourback.com best thing I ever did, suffering from serious DDD - sciatica, tried everything except surgery. this books make sense, it works, its early days and its really helping, snowboarding 10 years, looking forward to the season ahead, pass it on, gave three friends a copy and they agree its helping. thanks again ;-)

Great news man.  I was formally HukdNuB by the way.  I'm glad this thread re-surfaced because I am sure there are people that could use the advice.   A little tip on that book, pay attention to which specific exercises work best for you and stick with them.  For example, I used to always do that cobra thing (like a push-up but only from the waist up) but eventually I realized that the frontbending exercises worked much better than ones that dealt with bending backwards.  My go to exercise now is simply laying on my back and pulling my knees to my chest (left leg, right leg, then both, repeat).  Not saying it will be the same for you, but just make notes of what exercises you did on days that your back feels particularly good and stick with them.  Anyway, glad to see the book is working for you.
