i have a question, how do i get out the friend zone?

this is easily(well not easily) done by telling her whats up. its the best way and most effective.

just thing of the phrase "no ballls no babies" il explain, you dont get anywhere without taking a risk. the bigger the risk the better the reward.

just tell her you have feelings for her and you want to take your relationship further. but take it slow. ask her to go on a date with you. be romantic and witty. make her laugh. buy her flowers. cheesy isnt a bad thing.

Here is my situation the girl I like, I'm not in the same group of friends as she is so it would be weird if i asked her if i wanted to go to the movies with a group of people. I know her from work but i rarely get to ever work with so when i do i don't no what to say a just avoid her because i don't wanna make an ass of my self. I also get pretty nervous talking to girls i don't no. when i no them its fine.
