Something makes you grin, something makes you laugh

Because you know that there's no such thing as this one

That's an absurdity made by idiots for idiots

And sometimes you even associate it with the fascism

But for me it's a symbol, something I believe in

Something what can't be but it's my reason to be alive

Because you have your country, traditions and order

I have a freedom in my heart, that's all

When you hear about the peace

Something teases you, something makes you angry

Because you know that there's no such thing as this one

That pacifists are just a bunch of cowards

To which the army is a prison

But for me it's a symbol, something I believe in

Something what can't be, but it's my reason to be alive

Because you have your wars, a pain and suffering

I have the peace in my soul, that's all

When you hear about the love

Something gets you angry, you feel homicidal

Because you know that there's no such thing as this one

In spite of so many wars and that your own hatred

That will loose you and kill you

But for me it's a symbol, something I believe in

Something what can't be, but it's my reason to be alive

Because you have your own small hatreds

I have got the big love inside of me that will save me, that's all
