ive heard the people are nicer there! Sydney was fun and someday I will come back for sure. No place is permanent yet! I am too young not to travel for many more years.

Cheers...

glad you had a good time at hotham, yeah it hasnt been the best weather the past week or two. I was up there last monday and tuesday and it was terrible, we ended up leaving at lunch time because it just wasnt worth it! Yeah, i do feel sorry for ppl who think that the snow is great when it really isnt. I was boarding with an old school mate on monday and she kept telling me how good the snow was and commenting on how it was just like powder... i had to explain that australia very rarely gets powder and even then it's not the real stuff. Owell, they can keep dreaming!

Yeah, starting to worry about all the press that japan in getting recently. It's going to be popular! We're thinking about hitting bulgaria next year which will hopefully be a little less crowded, but we'll see!
catchya soon,

one word for hotham... the valley (and also one tree hill). Heavenly valley chairlift leads to some really nice runs, my favorites are canyon - good walls to play on and the runs around the cornice and brock-off. One tree hill is a bit of a hike off spargos (off the orchard chair) but is awesome for powder and it's never corwded. Even though im not planing to go to japan until i finish uni - which may be forever away, ill keep those places in mind. Enjoy hotham, i hope to get up there in again this w/e. It's not as good as japan, but is anything?

hey, sorry i took so long to reply - ive been enjoying hotham all week! Yeah, i plan to take along a friend or two just to feel more comfortable! But they may not teach. I'll have to check out some of those places too - and mainly get away from mainstream japan is the plan. Im studying accounting (just to be really boring!) so the teaching thing is just an excuse to travel and board
