Nic Heringa has been charged with one count of having sex in my bed, and one count of lieing about it.
The prosecution would like to introduce the following peices of evidence:

A picture of the crime scene
EXHIBIT A

exhibit A consists of my bed, which was not made when i left my house on the night of January 3rd. Upon my return not only was the bed made but the blanket was upside down.
EXHIBIT B

A peice of a durex brand condom wrapper, the other peice remains missing.
EXHIBIT C

An ankle sock that does not belong to me. It is also common knowledge that men do not wear ankle socks unless acompanied by shorts.
The prosecution rests it's case, the verdict, i'm sleeping on the couch in a sleeping bag till nic does my laundry.
