About Me

yup, thats right! you heard me!

so as it is, i'll be leaving my little nest in fernie for the summer. i'm heading down to Australia for about 5 mths to go and work at Perisher Blue Ski Resort in the accounting dept. (thank you Serena!!!!) I figured that it was about time i started putting that schooling ,that i have yet to pay for, to good use. it's a pretty good opportunity to do that and most importantly I get to snowboard all summer long. YEEEEH!!!! the summer time in Fernie will be missed, but sometimes things just have to be done.

outta comish

so far the season has been superfantastic yo! the snow has been epic with many pow days as well as blue birds! its been great not working during the day time.......first year to maximize my riding time and its been so so good. I ve gotten to ride with so many of you! today on a nice freeze your ass off cold day, i was coaching the only kid that was brave enough to face the cold and on the run in to this nice hip i decide to take a little extra trip on my way down the inrun hooking my edge something fierce and ramming my shoulder down into the snow!!! yeah! good thing its not dislocated or broken, just really really freakin painfull. the patrol said it was bursitis and it should be good in a week or so, however, i have my level 3 course starting on Mon. so a whole lot of anti-inflamatories and i should be good to go! so i guess that brings u up to date..........ciao
