Garrett's been backpacking for more than 10 years, and I'm a lazy ass, so I didnt really think when we started dating that I would ever go with him.  This year I wanted to give it a chance though, and I really enjoyed it. Especially the fire and marshmellows part.  So now I've got my own (ADORABLE) pack and we went for a trip last weekend.  Pretty damn good time!  Except all the mesquito bites.  50 for me and none for Garrett. so unfair.

 

All this has made me enjoy nature in the summer, when I'm normally not very eager to ever leave the house. I dont like heat.  I wonder what other activities are just waiting for me to descover them?
