	Get your tripod set up with the cam set to Manual. Set the aperture and shutterspeed so it's properly exposed. When you pose get your buddy to take the picture. or use self-timer. after you get all the pictures taken, upload them to photoshop and get them all on one document. Pick one to be the background and select the next one and crop all the image except your body and its shadows. align it so it matches up with the picture. Do this to the rest of the pictures. However... when one body part overlaps another persons body part, you gotta crop the right one REAL close. Zoom up to 600% and cut out the background properly. Maquee, pen tool, even eraser tool. Don't forget about shadows. everything m,ust have a shadow so think about that when doin crops =D

	i could give fmx a shot if i wanted to....i have 2 close friends that have a ramp set up about a km away from my house. they have a foam pit too and are learning backflips as we speak.

	you're almost landing tailwhips? damn dude if you were here in oregon i'd definatly say join our crew. The way i did it was i rode this skatepark for a really long time and i made a lot of friends there that were really good riders. theres a pro BMX skate sno etc. shop up the road from it where we go to get prody and fix sh*t. i know and ride with all the people that work there and they just recently started a flow team. So mostly how i did it, was i rode skateparks. I ride trails too believe me thats how i started BMX and we all go and work on the trails here too. But you might wanna talk to your local bike shop about starting a flow team. I never talked to them. They were just like, hey were starting a flow team. So you might wanna check it out. ive only been doing it for a few days now actually. But i'm so stoked. so check it out dude i bet you could qualify.
