try to do this for a backside slide:move after ollie like a frontside shifty turning your hip;and important,put your forward arm to the opposite direction,like if you want to grab tail with your forward arm.This will help you for 2 things: to center your weight in a downing rail,and to rotate your board a lot landing natural,not in switch.
