	ahhh ok ... how was that? hopefully good trip back there! yeah it was my first day back out after a week off ... just off haha didnt go anywhere and first day back dent my helmet and concussed myself :P ... you heading back up again tomorrow? supposed to be about the same im pretty sure ... actually all week i think!
