	hey dude, sorry for my grumpiness last night, was knackered from the drive and the 4.5 hours sleep the night before!! How was golf?? was actually a cool session, though i was disappointed not to get back on some rails! Off to tamworth on saturday though, so should be rectifying that one pretty quick! Started the job today, was pretty cool, though i think you need a degree in outdoor clothing to do the job properly!! Anyways, have a wicked time in hong kong! Catch you soon, bring me back some pressies... hehe x

	Oi oi! Good to hear from you! Been seeing a few folk going for the 450's!! Won't be so unique for long! That said, got a bsd 270 on 450 off at Castleford last Thursday. Knee's good so far, had a few sessions back but working fairly hard a hotel to get some cash before the season in Whistler. Will probably see you at a comp before the rail storm. Also riding at the Daily Mail Show next wednesday...stoked! Will be riding at the Black metal at Castleford me thinks. You gonna ride there?! Easy, Ben

	haha, wan't ever gonna be as good coz i wasnt there!! hopefully be there wed, but stuffs pretty manic at the mo, gonna do my best! felt fine ridin again, tho think i've gone back about 4 months! ass is still feeling pretty shady, so wont be hitting any rails etc til i've seen the doc again, but just stoked to be riding at all, don't realise just how fun it is til you can't do it if you get me. 	yeah, i was kinda chuffed with my filming since i've never tried that before! Wanna give it another go on wednesday, and i'll try and look after the battery better this time... Didn't get to tam in the end on saturday, the rain screwed up the traffic, and it was so bad we never would have got there in time, plus thom couldn't get out of work early. Was kinda disappointed, but rain was nasty so i was relieved to stop in mk!
