Hey guy, how are you and how are things in your neighborhood?
Summer going good?

Things are good here - planning to ride the glacier in 2 weeks. Can't wait, even for dirty slush. Heh.

Hey - actually I have no first hand experience of the Prior line, although I did visit the factory once when I was in Whistler.  Everything that I HAVE heard about them has been good - great boards, good technology and egineering.  People that ride them seem to really love them.  I think that it would be a good idea - but do not expect to sell all that many boards.
Actually, I did not get to the Baker meet, but all accounts were good!

Why do you never see this headline: "Psychic Wins Massive Lottery"?

Yeah, making it out. The kid is done for a while, though. Broke his collar bone last night showing off for a couple girls.
Not exactly what I had hoped for this season, and my wife is not taking it very lightly! The boy and I are still not sure what was worse, the break or Mom.

Hey man! Good to hear from you!

Not much riding this season. Went on a short build your own trail and kicker session in the woods with the boy, but he gave it up and declared he was done for the season  (hip issues again).  But, after some encouragement from Kalila I rode up last week w/Mthoodrocker and rode Ski Bowl. It's been 3 years since I last rode a legitimate run (quit when the kid did). I have a way to go to get back to the level I was, but am heading back up tonight, and the boy decided to join me! Either way, whether he continues to ride or not, I am. I forgot how much I love it.
Powder on powder, on powder, dude! I'm sure it will be packed w/people, but we will have a blast none the less.
Howz your season going? Life in general treating you good?

hey there! yes..it is winterville indeedy! up again today and some new pics..what a beautiful snowy fairyland these days with sun and blue skies and lots of great riding. the past two nights have been amazing..clear star filled sky and the most gorgeous view of the mts showing white in the moonlight. The lights on top of Mt Washington twinkle a most captivating scene. I will try to get a nite shot to post on here.

Meadows has 8.5 to 10 feet of snow, with more coming. Timberline is at about 9 feet. Very high winds this week (I measured a 55mph gust night before last taking the dog out) and I bet Timberline's snow is blowing over to Meadows!
I have only ridden a little bit earlier last month. My son has decided not to ride anymore this seaon after that. Of course, he had to take the kicker we built at least 5 times, so it is not a surprise his hip started hurting. It's hard to think of going w/o him, plus I am out of shape, er, well in a more ROUNDED shape than usual! LOL!
Is the weather still marginal there?
Have fun. It is great to see you around here again.
