The Lake
My Journal: Tuesday, May 29, 2007
Its where everyone wants to go to escape the pressures and frantics pace of life.
But where is the lake?
Its not so much a location as a state of mind.
Do you know when you have arrived at the lake?
When you feel the cares of the world begin to slip away.
When you begin to breathe a little easier because the air seems purer.
When you notice the sky is bluer, the stars are brighter,
And the pines are taller and people smile alot more.
Then you know, your at the lake

anywho, married life is going well.  almost two months into it and neither of us are running!  kendra is doing pretty well... her work is killing her with either no shifts, or a bunch of 12 hour ones... but she'll survive.  your summer going well?

Everything is chill here. Snowing here and there. I teach over here at Smugglers Notch now. No more Audi, just bought brand new Subaru Impreza, non turbo!
