i always hitched from banff, or to banff. the beauty of that place. you can get anywhere for free!

i read your short story, and i totally hear ya! I teared my mcl up at sunshine at the start of december 2005. and the first thing that went through my head was "When am i going to be able to be back shredding?"
With total determenation i did the physio and working out. and i started taking it easy up at norquay by mid january. and i was back 100% by the end of february, and my mcl healed back to 90%. and with a brace, i was fully back to shredding.
 
So, my strong words to anyone reading this is, determenation. nothing can stop it.
 
p.s i hope you had a quick recovery! how long till you were back? Lake Louise was dope this season... but, Kicking Horse is my favourite! :D
 
did you live in banff or lake louise? because, you look familar. i don't know if i hitched a ride with you or not!

jacqui knows what's up. contest results show that you're a consistant rider and how you compare to other local girls. any photo and video clips you can get help so much. make a small promo and send it off to the regional reps of whatever company you want to get hooked up with. if your shop carries say burton, they'll have that company's contact info, so ask them for an email or phone number. keep the rep updated with how you're doing in contests and whatnot and be persistant. took me a year of annoying my rep before i got hooked up haha. good luck.

hey! how's it goin? the best advise i can give you is to do all the local am contests. that's where all the reps usually hang out, and then you can start a resume with you results. photos and film are HUGE so if you have a friend with a camera go out and film, film, film!
good luck with everything and i'm sure you'll kill it!
