So, it's all off, the big relationship has come to an end. We're still friends and at the end of the day I'd rather it ended now and I was able to keep a really good friend than have us keep going and end up hating each other and tearing each other's hearts out.
It's sad but I'm a big believer in fate. And I also believe in myself. I don't see any point in getting married to someone just to realise it was a mistake and have to go through a divorce. If I ever get married it will be for the right reasons and I will want it to last.
So I'm back on the hunt for fun and that just might take me back to the slopes.....

So I just got back from a week in bonnie Scotland with my monkeys. What a beautiful country. If only we had reliable snow then I could quite happily spend all year round there.
The scenery is gorgeous. The accent is hot. And they still have lochs where there are no restrictions on what fun you can have, so I could still go wakeboarding. But instead I'm back to reality. Back to work and back to my normal life.
I think it's time for a huge win on the lotto......

....So I get to the new office on Monday and right away it looks like we've been shafted left right and centre by being sent over here now whils colleagues are still in the old place.....but at least we have internet (for now) and e-mail.....So on a professional level I'me still f*cked and therefore f*cked off. But on a personl level, at least I can communicate with the outside world!!!!!!!!!

So, I'm off work on Friday as I have some friends visiting. I'm in town shopping and I get a voicemail from my then immediate boss saying "no big deal, but if you get the chance can you call me back". So I do....and I get told that from today I am working in the other office. Where I will have no internet access and no e-mail access. Well halle-f*cking-lujah....I can't even have a cup of tea at my desk in the new office or eat an apple.....
So I'm well happy, as you can imagine.....

I'm back.....I had an amazing time. The people were great, the mountains were great and the boarding was great. My one small complaint is that I couldn't get a pint of cider anywhere and had to drink Bud f*cking Lite instead! But now I'm back in cider rich, snow poor civilisation and where do you think I would rather be?!?!?
And now I REALLY need to find some closer boarding buddies because I NEED to get back out there before the end of the season. Any takers?
