Words of Wisdom 

Layer.  Get B12 shots.  Drink chocolate milk.  Be nice to people even if their not nice to you.  Be honest.  Watch the "great Outdoors" with John Candy.  Don't be affraid of air time.   Learn whatever you can.  Moisturize your skin and wear sunscreen.  Shower regularly.   Peaches are a great snack.
