Well the season is now complete. I hope everyone enjoyed it and took advantage of the snow when we had it. The season started off strong. We turned nearly 35 million gallons of water into snow, which was a record for us. This allowed us to get our Advanced Park well on its way to a record year and kept us open for as long as we did...then came the rain, and more rain, and more rain. We were everything but finished. Thanks to all the hard work from Operation to keep the season alive through weeks of snow hauling, heli hauling, and continuour patching we managed to pull through until Winter returned and brought us about 4 feet of snow.
Thanks to the Park crew for keeping the Jib Park running smoothly all season long. Without all of them, we wouldn't have had a Park.
Nice work Tyler, AJ, Myrosha, Seth, Rodeo Dave, Frank the Tank and groomers Justin, Murray, Sal, and Pat! And Quiksilver, Smith, and RED for the support.
All you locals, thanks for jibbing day in and day out and making Grouse the place to be. See you all next year. Stay tuned for 05/06 plans.
