I went to work and it wasnt snowing, i walked out eight hours later to eight inches of snow on my car. life is good yet again. except, i got stuck in my driveway because i have no snow tires yet. glad i have the day off tomorrow. good to be back in fja!

I drove in the snow for the first time today....some guy almost hit me, and then I was stoppping at a stop sign 10 seconds later and my car fishtailed and it freaked me out, because thats what happened on gravel once, and I went over a bank and totalled my car. But this time, it was A-OK. Everyone wear snowpants on Thursday...first day of decemeber good luck.

I go back to school tomorrow. Oh joy.

Ahh... I've been waiting for the forums to be configured before bothering with them. I almost forgot to check back in. Well, we've had 2 pow days in a row and I've made it out first thing for both of them. I'm learning and loving to ride in the pow. Not much else to report... working, hanging out w/friends, beers, etc. etc.

Well here we are with another FJA thread.... Damn. Anyone have the roster of members? Careful driving in the snow Lisa, it can be interesting sometimes. Wait till you spin it on the highway, that's always fun!

Are you working yet? I figure I will be up Friday or Monday. Have crap to do Thurs Sat and Sun otherwise would head up and ride. But weekends are crowded anyway so wtf.

Yeah, I think a lot of people are going to use this karma and ratings system thing the wrong way, aka down-voting, for no reason. eehh whatever, I think its a neat idea. Well, Im offf, back to school, back to school, so everyone doesnt think im a fool. Wish me luck. Oh and tomorrow....I ride Big White for the first time eeevvvvaaarrr, and my first ridings of the season, then get to spend the night and party it up there! Yahoo!

In light of the new snow we got dumped with, tanner and I are going snowboarding for the *gasp FIRST time this year on friday. Im super stoked, we leave tonight. Hey Steve, Im gonna be in Whis all day saturday and sunday, are we going to ride or what??

Man, I feel like I'm not in the club, as it ain't snowing, cold, or winter. It's the second "official" day of summer here in NZ, it's hot, sunny & around 28 deg C...!!! Yesterday, I went to the funeral of one of my uncles. It was a fantastic ceromony, & I learnt a few things about him that I didn't know. Isn't it interesting how things like that bring family closer. I caught up with one of my older cousins & thanked her for introducing me to goth punk & The Clash, way back in '80 (I was 11), & a few other aunts & cousins have "lynched" me for not staying in contact, so I decided to make "peace" with them all, & to visit them as much as possible, as you never know when your time is up. So if any of you haven't seen friends or family in a long time, email, phone or visit them. I know it's the festive season, but take that out of the equation; why wait till Easter, birthdays, Christmas, etc, to stay in touch...? Chur...

fuck man...the only powder ive riden is the shit that people are too scared to ride in the trees over here in whistler. we need a huge dumping. ive got my fingers crossed. next week is supposed to be snowy for us.

well I dropped Garrett off at the airport this morning for his first buisnes trip. Sucks, he's gonna be in virgina for 2 weeks, He'll be getting back just in time to move me to tacoma. I am so excited about the move. Fuck. I just broke my "s" key. sorta. it was broke. and i didnt really fix it.

you have to click in teh general section to see all the subsections. the forums only display so many subsections. its weird. im sure its easy to change once you find the bit of code that decides how many subsections are displayed.

I don't know if I can post here, but what the hell, eh? It's cold today, with clear skies and no new snow. A chinook is rolling into the area tomorrow, which should mean a dump in the mountains for the weekend. I haven't been up yet, and it's getting me down.

I worte 5 essays in the past 2 days and I think my head is going to explode. On the upside, my new courses are a lot smaller and easier to get through, so it looks like I may still grad early! eeeyeah!
