Anybody know of any mountains in the tristate area 2 hours or so from nyc that are opening this month? I dont wanna wait for mountain creek to open i wanna get some early runs in.

anyone know if any resorts are blowing snow up in VT yet? and which resorts in southern VT (mount snow, stratton, okemo preferably) would be best set up this early in the season (probably will make my first trip up on thanksgiving weekend)? was at mount snow in november last season, but completely forgot how it was, so if anyone can jog my memory, help a brutha out...

mt snow was good last winter at this time, but it was also WINTER at this time last year. so i wouldnt plan on it being great. i think kilington has been makin snow since they have already opened for 2 weekends. theyd prob be best bet although its slightly farther
