What's going on with sunshine village (AB)?

It's projected opening day is 13 days from now and...
 
They have yet to update their ski conditions from last may (0 base, 0 new, 0 life).
 
Any locals know how it's sitting and if this means that a november 11th opening day is probably more like a late late LATE november opening?

They rarely post anything on there until the week of the opening. Occasionally in the past they have put up snow falls as they come. Just look at the webcams, it should be good to go for November 11th.
 
If its not.. the Wixwaxy Express at Lake louise should be open then.

My roommate works up there, an he's saying that they have a good base. 50+ cm right now. so it looks like the 11th is a good opening date. its been snowing up there most of the week thank god. lake louise opens friday, and norquay is open on weekends now as well.

Yea I went to SnowShow at the stampede grounds this weekend, the rep from sunshine said wednesday is opening day and the base was 78cm I think. Should be decent
