Is this 2009 gear or 2010 gear? you first post implies 2009, the above post second says 2010.
Is that $600 in Canadian or US Dollars?
Does the $600 included tax (GST? does Ontario have a province tax, I recall a friend saying they either added it or go rid of it).
If it was 2009 gear, no that's a bad deal.
If it was 2010 gear... from what I see the gear worth $630 USD, with taxes that $700. That's "ok" but not that good deal in my opinion. Last year I bought stuff 20% off and no tax (from Oregon). Of course, you might not be able to do that in Canada.
