So my friend was telling me that MDP is almost for sure going to be shutting down. Anyone confirm this? if this is true so so sad. so much for a big celebration over double decade.
Snowboarding is an activity that is very popular with people who do
not feel that regular skiing is lethal enough.

What do you mean? Like how last year he announced that double decade was the last movie he was doing like that and he is now focusing on docs? Or is he now not doing the docs anymore?

Well now there's People Creative which is basically the Mack Dawg and People crew combined into one. When's that Peter Line documentary coming out?

alison i did not know that they had announced that double decade would be their last film last year. and i was more than happy with the people crew on a seperate video crew. the two getting together is kind of a clash.

The video still looks really good. It looks like the only people they picked up from Mack Dawg were Wille Yli-Luoma and Seth Huot. It's a bummer though that they lost Austin Smith, Jordan Mendenhall, Joe Sexton, and Patrick McCarthy and I didn't really care much for Chamberlain, Kratter, Duke, or Thompson. I guess they make up for the guys they lost with Debari, Walker, Helgason, Huot, and Wille? For some reason I have a feeling and I don't know why that Max Baillargeon and Ricky Tucker will have good parts. Baillargeon has some real good rail skills. And one last thing, why keep Josh Mills? He had like a 40 second part in Down With People and it wasn't even that good!

Add: Shit, I forgot how to put the video in the post again... Anybody wanna re-teach me how?

Not hooorayyy. And they actually didn't ditch him, he's just in the 32/Stepchild movie this year. And he's not even that gypsy and greasy anymore which is a good thing. He has some pretty legit (and a little sketchy at times) backcountry in his part for This Video Sucks.

Last I heard, MDP wasn't going to put out a video every year.  I heard they were working on a Peter Line biopic, but that was last year and I haven't heard anything since.

I don't think I have ever seen a MDP movie that I absolutely loved, they all seemed very contrived and mostly annoyed me.

The latter bit may be due to the people in them, anything with Walker in it pisses me off at least a little.
