Just purchased an epic season pass which allows me to board in:
Vail
Beaver Creek
Heavenly
Keystone
Breckenridge
Arapahoe basin

I am traveling from Ireland and would be extremely thankful if anybody could give me any info on places to stay, best towns, best mountain, etc...
I am planning around a 6 week trip and i will be on my own but don't want to spend an absolute fortune on acommodation(but don't want to be hours away from the mountain).

Cheers,
D-mac

Summit County and Vail Valley (Vail/Beaver Creek) are going to be the places with 99%of those resorts.  The lone wolf being Heavenly in Tahoe, which is about 1100 miles away.  Summit County is going to be cheaper than Vail Valley.  Fortunately Vail is only 15-20 minutes to the West on I70.  Give or take 10-15 minutes depending on where you are at in Summit.  Fireside Inn is the hostel in Summit County and will probably have the cheapest rates for you.  Other places to stay that are fairly close (15-40 minute drive) are Leadville, Eagle, Georgetown, and Idaho Springs.

As far as Heavenly goes, look for lodging deals at the Casinos in South Lake Tahoe.  Not sure about hostels there and that sort of thing.  I'll let the locals chime in on that.
If there is a more pointless place to argue than the web...
I don't know about it.

I think you should check out the Turntable Motel in Minturn. It's considerable cheaper than Vail or Avon and very close to both Vail and Beaver Creek.

Yes, yes, Turntable, is that the restaurant too?  I always get the name wrong, I keep calling it Roundtable, lol, it's so yummy.  I always stop there on my way to Beaver Creek from Summit County... so if you do stay there, you always have yummy food right there!!
Out of money, out of hope, but who cares...
...I get to ride all the time!
